Hey, Everypony! I'm Madi and I'm a sophomore in High school this year. I'm completely obsessed with band..its kind of embarrassing at times heheh. I play a trumpet (even though my first choice was trombone) and I'm trying to be the very best like no one ever was. I'm gonna try to be drum major either my junior or senior year, mostly because they get to wear a super cool hat (only god knows how cool that hat is) I spend hours and hours practicing. the most i have practiced in a day is 8 hours, but i spend between 1-3 hours on a normal day. see how obsessed i am? even though a wise man once said "obsessed is only a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated." I'm also in track & field. I do shot put, discus, hurdles, sprinting, and jumping. i mainly do shot put and discus though. I enjoy listening to music that falls into the categories of rap, hip hop, classic rock, and some dub step. I LOVE Coldplay! they are probably my favorite band EvER! i also like A7X, P.O.D and Kansas. My favorite song has to be Paradise. I play it on my trumpet all the time! Brass is obviously the best section. Brass players are the best! <3 (got off topic, sorry!) I could go on about myself for hours, but I'm going to keep from doing so. And to my fellow band geeks: HAVE FUN MARCHING THIS FALL!!!!!! drink lots of water! heat stroke is not fun, trust me haha.
