BackStory:
I was split in half due to Zebra magic as a foal. As a result the stripes that appeared on me are the scars of having my soul sliced in half then refusing back together. The spell for whatever reason made me a unicorn and omega a pegasus. I still have no idea what race i was originally.
Omega and I lived our foalhoods as orphans completely oblivious to the fact that Omega and I were once a single being. Neihter of us Remember much before we were left at the orphange or even who our parents are.
Life at the orphanage was tough. The other foals picked on us or avoided us because of our stripes. My Stripes were white while Omega had black stripes. It also didn't help that Omega loved to get back at the foals that made fun of us. Which also contributed to everypony avoiding us.
Other families that wanted to adopt us were afraid of us. So finding a family was tough as well.
After ten years at there, Omega and I ran away from the orphanage and decided to take care of ourselves. So we parted ways there. I have been traveling around Equestria ever since then picking up tidbits of knowledge, spells, or anything from each place I visited.
It was from these small tidbits of knowledge that I figured out the truth about Omega and I were once a single being. I became obsessed and spent the next several months traveling in the zebra lands gathering as much info as I could about the spell that spit us up and how to reverse it.
After those several months i returned to equestria. It was at this moment i realized i had no idea where to find Omega. After looking down at the ground a bit and frowning I realized that I would probably run into him if I just continued my travels. So I did just that.
Ten years, that's how long it took for me to run into omega again. Ironically it was at the place we first parted paths, in front of the now closed and run down orphanage. We caught up and told each other everything that had happened since we first parted ways.
When i had told him about the spell, he started smiling I think it was the first time i ever saw him smile. He explained to me that he had forgotten the last time he had felt truly happy. I told him to take as much time as he needed to tie up any loose ends before we merge. He then flew off.
It wasn't until a week later that he had found me. He told me he was ready. I cast the spell on us which merged us. After looking in a mirror i had discovered my left eye was now red while the other had remained white. My mane and tail had also changed, Half of it was now black and the other white. My Stripes i noticed I still had them. They were probably a permanent scar from the spell that had split us in the first place. I then saw them change from white to black while i was looking in the mirror. I had also noticed that I had wings and a horn probably due to the fact that I had merged with a pegasus.
After taking in my new look i set off once again this time on my final journey...
